Her tager man udgangspunkt i de store m\u00e6ngder data fra sensorer, som bl.a. kan afkode vandstanden.<\/p>\n<p>Hvert regnvandsbassin er i dag udstyret med vandbremser. Med den nye teknologi vil man supplere disse med nogle aktive kontrolmekanismer, der kan erstatte de statiske konstruktioner. Kontrolmekanismerne bliver tr\u00e6net efter en masse simuleringer af mulige vejrudfald, og p\u00e5 den m\u00e5de kan man reagere og handle i alle typer vejr og hindre oversv\u00f8mmelser.<\/p>\n<p>Det har if\u00f8lge professor og forskningsleder Kim Guldstrand Larsen fra Aalborg Universitet potentialet til at forhindre oversv\u00f8mmelser i den grad, som vi s\u00e5 i Tyskland i sommer.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMed den her software og data kan vi styre, hvor vandet skal ledes hen, og endnu vigtigere, hvor det ikke skal ledes hen. Teknologien har samtidig perspektivet til at blive skaleret op, s\u00e5 vi kan forhindre store oversv\u00f8mmelser,\u201d forklarer han.<\/p>\n<h5>Nyt forskningscenter binder industri og forskere sammen<\/h5>\n<p>Projektet er et t\u00e6t samarbejde mellem Aalborg Universitet, IT-Universitetet, Grundfos, Hofor, Seluxit og Aarhus Vand. Projektet k\u00f8rer i regi af forskningscentret DIREC, som blev s\u00f8sat sidste \u00e5r med en investering p\u00e5 100 millioner kroner fra Innovationsfonden med det form\u00e5l bl.a. at styrke samarbejdet mellem forskere og private og offentlige organisationer om at udnytte nye digitale teknologier.<\/p>\n<p>Projektet er kommet godt fra start, da det bygger videre p\u00e5 tidligere projekter, hvor der er blevet udviklet omkostningseffektive IoT-m\u00e5lere og software til modellering af regnvandsbassiner og oversv\u00f8mmelse. Denne viden bliver f\u00f8rt ind i det nye projekt, hvor fokus er p\u00e5 at g\u00f8re de automatiske beslutningsprocesser transparente.<\/p>\n<p>Hos Aarhus Vand ser man store potentialer i samarbejdet, fordi man med projektet kan f\u00e5 et datadrevet overblik over hele vandkredsl\u00f8bet. Malte Kristian Skovby Ahm, der arbejder med forretningsudvikling, IoT og digitalisering hos Aarhus Vand ser et stort potentiale i at binde it-fagmilj\u00f8et sammen med vandfagomr\u00e5det.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cVed hj\u00e6lp af de her algoritmer f\u00e5r vi en datadreven digital tvilling, som er fremkommet p\u00e5 baggrund af de aktuelle sammenh\u00e6nge i systemet. Det kan fort\u00e6lle hvorvidt vi har for mange eller f\u00e5 m\u00e5lere, og om de er placeret korrekt. Og netop det er udgangspunktet for, at vi kan blive bedre til at forudsige, hvordan systemet vil agere i ekstreme situationer,\u201d forklarer Malte Kristian Skovby Ahm.<\/p>\n<p>Innovationsfondens direkt\u00f8r, Anne-Marie Levy Rasmussen, gl\u00e6der sig over de store resultater, der allerede er n\u00e5et gennem DIREC. \u2028\u201dDIREC er Innovationsfondens st\u00f8rste investering nogensinde. Forskningscentret er med til at s\u00e6tte Danmark p\u00e5 det digitale verdenskort og samarbejdet p\u00e5 tv\u00e6rs af universiteter, sektorer og virksomheder giver unikke muligheder for, at Danmark kan f\u00e5 endnu st\u00f8rre gavn af digitaliseringen og de digitale muligheder\u201d, siger Anne-Marie Levy Rasmussen.<\/p>\n<p>Thomas Riisgaard Hansen, direkt\u00f8r for DIREC, ser ogs\u00e5 en enorm styrke i at kunne arbejde sammen p\u00e5 tv\u00e6rs af forskningsmilj\u00f8er, virksomheder og det offentlige for at kunne l\u00f8fte de samfundsudfordringer, som vi st\u00e5r overfor. Det er netop det, som DIREC kan v\u00e6re med til at facilitere.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKonkurrencen p\u00e5 det digitale omr\u00e5de er utrolig h\u00f8j, og der vil blive stillet endnu st\u00f8rre krav til, hvad virksomhedernes digitale produkter skal kunne. Og samtidig st\u00e5r vi overfor nogle samfundsudfordringer, som kr\u00e6ver, at vi st\u00e5r sammen, fordi ellers kan vi ikke matche kompleksiteten eller kapaciteten i de udfordringer. Det kr\u00e6ver, at vi s\u00e6tter det bedste team. Hvis vi kombinerer forskerens blik for, hvad der er state-of-art med virksomhedernes indsigt i de problemer, der skal l\u00f8ses. s\u00e5 kan vi skabe nogle unikke l\u00f8sninger, som kan give os nogle konkurrencefordele,\u201d forklarer Thomas RIisgaard Hansen.<\/p>\n<h5>Fakta om DIREC<\/h5>\n<p>Siden centeret startede i oktober sidste \u00e5r, er der blevet s\u00f8sat ca. 20 projekter og uddelt cirka 77 millioner kroner. Der er stor interesse fra industrien for at v\u00e6re med og indtil videre er godt 50 virksomheder med i et eller flere DIREC-projekter og har forpligtet sig til at investere ca. 70 millioner kroner i de digitale forskningsprojekter.
