er lav (f.eks. kvindelige studerende). Dette er et problem p\u00e5 et samfundsm\u00e6ssigt niveau, som ogs\u00e5 p\u00e5virker studiemilj\u00f8et.<\/p>\n<p>Partnerne har allerede iv\u00e6rksat en r\u00e6kke initiativer for at adressere problemet. ITU har flere initiativer, der retter sig mod b\u00e5de rekruttering, onboarding og fastholdelse af kvindelige studerende.
