Full package includes conference dinner and hotel from 13 – 14 September. If you need further hotel accommodation please contact Hotel Nyborg Strand.

Monday registration does not include conference dinner.

Registration deadline 13 August

When registering after 13 August we cannot guarantee a seat.

Cancellation terms and conditions

  • Registrations cancelled less than 60 days before the event are eligible for a 60% refuse of the fee paid
  • Registrations cancelled less than 30 days before the event are eligible for a 25% refuse of the fee paid.
  • Registrations cancelled less than 4 days before the event are not eligible for a refuse of the fee paid.
